
Activity Logs
The CMS informational attendance is now available on the PLS activity monitor/log, helping prompt attendance claims for ADA reporting. This feature can be accessed by navigating to Teachers > PLS/Student Roster > Expand Student > Reports > Activity Log.
Application & Lottery Enhancements
- Applicant View: A new applicant-centric view has been introduced, providing administrators with a comprehensive view of the data collected from the Enrollment Interest form, as well as details about Priority Groups, Programs, and Pre-Qualifications.
- Default Status: A new page policy allows administrators to set a default status for applicants who complete the Enrollment Interest Form.
- District Scopes: District scopes can now push lottery results down to subscopes, offering more granular control.
Trigger Emails for Application & Lottery
A new variable has been added to the Application & Lottery Trigger emails, enabling the sending of a URL to users for checking their application status. This helps streamline communication and keeps applicants informed.
Attendance Claim Updates
The Attendance Claim Count page has received a visual update, improving the header display. Additionally, deleted Attendance Codes will no longer appear on the Attendance Claim Override page.
Budgets & Contact Management
- Budgets: A new trigger email alerts schools when a Purchase Order (PO) is awaiting approval. This update ensures timely financial management.
- Contact Manager: A new "Successfully Made Contact" field has been added to the Contact Manager, making it easier to track communication outcomes.
Forms & Surveys Improvements
- Form Details: Activated Forms now display a button to view the Form’s settings directly within the platform.
- Form Distribution: When distributing forms and surveys, administrators will now be notified about students who were not sent a form due to errors.
Master Course List & PLS Enhancements
- Updates to the Master Course List now ensure that changes made to PLS/CMS classes also apply to Templates, ensuring consistency across the platform.
- The PLS Classes page has added a new Page Policy that allows administrators to set the default "Enter Date" for manual class registrations, providing more flexibility.
Student Dashboard & Reports
- Student Profile: Discipline referrals are now included as an option within the student profile, improving access to critical student information.
- Reports: Several reports, including the Tiered Reengagement List and Title III Reporting, have been updated to meet our latest design standards for better usability.
Security & Staff Management
- A new security feature has been added under Settings > Security: administrators can now choose to Force User Logout on Save, improving session management.
- Staff management updates include the addition of a new Permissions tab for assigning staff permissions on individual pages, streamlining administrative tasks.
Student Assignments & Tags
- Student Assignment Submissions now reflect the updated role of Learning Center Staff, simplifying assignment tracking.
- The Tags button on the student dashboard has been redesigned to "float" with the page, ensuring it remains easily accessible.
Additional Enhancements
- Household Data Collection in the Reg Online Portal now includes clarifying information, ensuring users provide accurate details.
- Student List updates include a visual enhancement to the “Collect Selected” button, turning blue when one or more students are selected.
